S.H.I.E.L.D. TV Show Green-Lit for ABC

what happened at Budapest between them?

Now that Marvel's TV series on ABC will be about the agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.  This will indeed be featured in the same universe as the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it raises questions:  When is the time period?  Before, during, or after The Avengers?  Will there be flashbacks?  Which characters will be included?  Will Nick Fury, Maria Hill, Jasper Sitwill, and Phil Coulson be in it?  What about Hawkeye and Black Widow?  Are their stories too big for TV or not?  Will Lizzy Caplan and Jesse Bradford be in the TV show?  Because they ended up working for S.H.I.E.L.D. at the end of Item 47.  Will this only be a show with non-superpowered agents or a mix of both?  Its obviously still very early, but the possibilities for new characters to appear are vast.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Here are characters that should be considered:  
-  Agent 13 (Sharon Carter, daughter of Peggy Carter)
-  Jimmy Woo
-  Clay Quartermain
-  Mockingbird (Bobbi Morse)
-  Betty Ross (Red She-Hulk, daughter of General Ross)
-  Jennifer Walters (She-Hulk)
-  Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel)
-  Jessica Drew (Spider-Woman)
-  Sam Wilson (Falcon)

With that list of characters that I listed, it is clear that Joss Whedon would be perfect to direct this TV show because of how well he is able to flourish strong female characters in his past work, like Buffy.  
Overall this show will be Marvel's version of Mission Impossible, so I believe this will be a successful show for ABC.
